How long does a custom order take to make?
When I do accept custom orders, the expected production and processes sing time is 8-10 weeks. Time is calculated based on the length of my custom order list & the complexity of the piece. I will give an estimated amount of time on your piece - please respect the amount of time it takes to create. 

Do you repair jewelry?
I will always honor repairs and polishing for jewelry made by me. On a case by case basis, I do take on repairs / up-cycle projects.

Where is your studio?
My studio is currently in Jackson, Wyoming.

Do you work in gold?
Rarely.

Do you have a retail location or sell your work in shops?
I do not currently have a physical retail location, and do most of my sales online, and occasionally at local venues in Jackson, Wyoming. I do have collections of jewelry that were custom-made for select small businesses. If you'd like to inquire about a collection of one of a kind jewelry made exclusively for your shop, please contact me!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue on my end, I will gladly do whatever I can to make it right. Please be sure to know your ring size before ordering, as I cannot adjust ring bands.
